Job Description Position: Food Manufacturing Maintenance Leader Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift Industry: Food Manufacturing Position Overview Join a well-established, multi-generation food manufacturing company as a Maintenance Leader. This pivotal role will allow you to oversee maintenance operations within a fully automated facility. You will manage a dedicated team of four Maintenance Technicians, and partner closely with plant leadership to ensure operational efficiency. Recent experience in food or beverage manufacturing is required for consideration! Key Responsibilities Lead predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs. Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment. Manage maintenance and capital project budgets effectively. Supervise, train, and develop your team of maintenance technicians. Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with GMP and FSMA standards. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations. Collaborate with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams for optimal performance. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in the food or beverage manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of automated production equipment. Familiarity with GMP, FSMA, and food safety standards. Experience in managing capital projects and budgets. Proven skills in team development and leadership.
