The HR team plays a key role in driving organizational success through talent management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives, and is currently implementing a new HR system to enhance operations.Job Description:The HR Manager will lead day-to-day human resources operations while supervising a small team. This individual will oversee core HR functions across the employee lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to leadership.
