As an Informatics Coordinator, you will: Support Clinical Application Optimization Serve as the key liaison between departments and clinical software platforms. Troubleshoot system issues, log and track tickets, and help resolve challenges with minimal disruption to care teams. Manage User Access & System Maintenance Create, monitor, and deactivate users in software systems. Keep system access aligned with staff roles, licensing, and organizational security protocols. Lead Technology-Based Process Improvement Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate current workflows and implement new processes using clinical applications that improve care quality, efficiency, and compliance. Coordinate System Upgrades & Training Test new software features and upgrades, develop education and collaborate with clinical teams to train staff, and ensure smooth transitions during platform updates. Serve as a Technical Resource & Collaborator Partner with IT, software superusers, and clinical leaders to support daily operations, future technology planning, and regulatory readiness related to Senior Living platforms. Other Duties as Assigned The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. This job also requires: Proficiency with clinical software systems and applications (including tablets, Windows OS, and EHR platforms). Minimum 2 years of experience supporting software end users and/or training others in system use. Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to pass state mandated background checks. Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members and visitors.
