Engineering Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to lead civil and structural design efforts for high-voltage substations and switchyards. This role oversees engineering teams, project execution, and operational performance while supporting strategic business initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of engineers and designers Manage daily operations, resource planning, and workload distribution Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple projects Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and all applicable codes and standards Support proposals, client relationships, and change order negotiations Monitor budgets, KPIs, and overall operational performance Provide technical guidance and hands-on support as needed QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering PE license required 10-15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership Strong background in substation/switchyard and utility infrastructure design Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects SkillsAutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools Knowledge of grading, foundations, and structural systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Additional RequirementsOnsite in Alexandria, LA (relocation assistance available) Up to 25% travel Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
