Great benefits package offered including healthcare, 401 K retirement (3% Company Match, 4% if 5% or more is contributed by the employee), and vacation.Experience/Education/Skillsets Needed:Good understanding of communication skillsUnderstands principles of good customer serviceJob Requirements Include:Help Customers:o Learn store inventory and where the product is located and information about it to help customerso Learn the cash register and help checkout customerso Desire to go above and beyond to help the customero Ability to handle a disgruntled customerManage Area:o Keep inventory organized and stocked in your assigned areao Use the POS system to manage inventory and order/transfer as necessaryo Keep a clean and well-maintained presence for all displayed itemso Create displays and endcaps in your area on existing shelf spaceCheckout customers and use POS systemHelp customers load the car, etc.Drive a fork truckAbility to train other new or part-time employees after becoming experiencedAbility to help learn to receive goods to fill in when need receiving the productAbility to learn outdoor power equipment and help sell as neededAbility to set and create seasonal displays and endcapsDesirable skills (Not required) Include:Knowledge of a relative product category in-store (farming products, animal products, power equipment, pet goods, clothing, etc.)Job Type: Full-timePay: $ $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person
