What We're Looking For You'll need an active Registered Nurse license in New York State, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. PALS and TNCC are highly valued, especially in ER or trauma-related roles. Experience in ICU, ER, or OR is a strong plus, but confident new grads with clinical rotations in high-acuity settings are also encouraged to apply.
