Job Type: Full Time
Job Description:
Deliver Critical Care Where Precision Meets Purpose - and Every Shift Makes a Difference If you're a Registered Nurse with a passion for fast-paced, high-impact care - whether it's stabilizing emergencies, guiding patients through surgery, or managing life-saving interventions in the ICU - you'll find your place here. You'll join a mission-driven healthcare team that thrives on sharp clinical thinking, calm under pressure, and the kind of compassion that reassures patients and families through their most vulnerable moments. This role is more than a job. It's the heartbeat of the hospital. Whether you're managing trauma cases in the ER, supporting surgical recovery in the OR, or monitoring complex conditions in the ICU, your training, instincts, and teamwork will help guide patients back to health with safety, dignity, and precision. It's high-stakes work - but it's also deeply human, and you'll never be doing it alone. What You'll Be Doing As a full-time RN working in either emergency, surgical, or intensive care settings, you'll assess patients, administer medications and life-sustaining treatments, and act swiftly to evolving conditions. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, respiratory therapists, and other clinical experts to build and execute customized care plans that respond to each patient's unique needs. You'll also educate and support patients' families with empathy, communicate clearly in high-pressure environments, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence - from admission to discharge. Why You'll Love the Team - and the Region That Shapes It Here, you'll be surrounded by healthcare professionals who don't just show up - they show up for each other. Our nurses are trusted, empowered, and backed by a leadership team that believes professional development should never hit a ceiling. Whether you're new to critical care or looking to deepen your specialty skills in trauma, cardiac, neuro, or perioperative care, we'll meet you where you are - and help you grow from there. And when your shift ends, you're in a region that knows how to restore and recharge. Nestled in a historic canal town in Western New York, this community offers a rare combination of natural beauty, hometown charm, and quirky adventure. Spend your mornings hiking wooded trails along waterfalls, and your afternoons exploring the wine trail or boating through a 19th-century lock system that put this place on the map. Underground cave tours, classic drive-in theaters, and family-owned eateries give the town personality, while nearby cities provide cultural access without the crowds. It's a place where the air feels cleaner, the pace moves just right, and community isn't a slogan - it's a reality. Whether you're looking for a quiet moment on the lake or a career that keeps you on your toes, this is the kind of place where you can have both. What We're Looking For You'll need an active Registered Nurse license in New York State, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. PALS and TNCC are highly valued, especially in ER or trauma-related roles. Experience in ICU, ER, or OR is a strong plus, but confident new grads with clinical rotations in high-acuity settings are also encouraged to apply. We're looking for critical thinkers with strong communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure - because every shift is different, and every patient deserves your best. Let's Practice With Courage, Compassion, and Clinical Excellence - Together If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that respects your role, supports your growth, and gives you the tools to deliver top-tier care when it matters most, we want to hear from you. Apply today and become a vital part of a nursing team that leads with heart and performs with precision - in a region that lets you live just as fully as you work.
