Master's Degree from an accredited institution with emphasis on educational and/or leadership instruction. Minimum of 5 years' pedagogical experience, including teaching and/or leadership roles. Ability to coach teachers, analyze data and research, and develop and implement curricula to promote and improve student achievement. Proven ability to address student discipline issues with fairness and consistency. Experience with master scheduling and budget planning and management. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, administrators, and families.
