Audiologist

Growing audiology practice, National Hearing and Balance, in Albuquerque, New Mexico is looking for a full time enthusiastic and caring provider who is passionate about providing the best hearing healthcare technology available and to provide the best experience possible. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as well as in a team environment. Audiologist will be responsible for diagnostic hearing tests, vestibular testing, tinnitus assessments and treatment for hearing loss using state of the art equipment.If you don't have a complete skill set, we will assist with training.This is a growth opportunity for the right person.Main Job Functions:Provides excellent customer service and maintains good public relationsConduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Conduct vestibular assessmentsExecutes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and educationRecommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needsAssist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc.May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, senior living events, etc. Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient informationAdhere to company policies and procedures, open to training and assisting with protocol development Able to write reports, provide billing and diagnosis codes in a timely fashionAssist in training audiology assistants and graduate studentsSome travel may be requiredYou will need:Education: Masters or Doctorate in AudiologyActive NM State Dispensing license or eligible for licensureStrong leadership, communication, and sales skillsSelf-starter, team player, positive energy Problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skillsMust be able to treat coworkers and referring providers with respectTime management skillsSalary & Benefits:$75,000 base plus great commission planPaid time off, holidaysMedical InsuranceOpen to Full or Part TimeTuition Reimbursement Department Audiology Professionals Role Audiologist Locations National Hearing & Balance - Albuquerque Yearly salary $75,000 Employment type Full-time
