You'll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.Key Responsibilities:Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autismDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention plansProvide behavioral therapy and support to patientsMonitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessaryCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patientsMaintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulationsStay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral healthSchedule:Full-TimeSetting: In-home, clinic, schoolQualifications:Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomesExperience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autismBilingual a plus!Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventionsAbility to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentationA valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is requiredJoin a team that values your dedication and offers opportunities for career development.
