ASE Certified Master Technician

Zia Auto/ ZIa Automotive- NAPA Auto Care Gold & AAA Service Center is looking for an ASE Certified Master Technician to add to our team; we are a large 37-year-old NAPA AutoCare Gold-AAA Service center with a new state-of-the-art service center with 16 bays and 16 lifts servicing all makes and models with equipment ready for all new and older cars and trucks including a new ADAS system and hook up's for EV's which with the right team member could pay 80k-120k plus all great benefits for the first year with much more growth potential year after year. We seek a candidate with strong diagnostic skills and a keen attention to detail. Must be a team player and work well with others. You will diagnose, list repair recommendations digitally with pictures, and complete repairs to specifications on the most current makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic. You are expected to complete these tasks on time without shortcuts. We provide three service advisors and a parts manager; we also cover training expenses and reimburse needed ASE updates when passing the tests; we also have many specialty tools and scanners, plus our new complete ADAS system. You must see our new location, which looks and feels like a new-car service center with lots of room, a nice locker room with weights to work out, a cardio system, a separate restroom for techs, a great lunch/training room, and strong, fast WIFI.We are an Independent car dealer selling all makes and models, repair services, body shops, details, etc.Responsibilities:Researching vehicles for service bulletins and repair information Explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs. I was consistently taking the extra steps needed to achieve customer satisfaction. Must follow a work schedule. Digital Inspection with Pictures: We provide iPads.Qualifications: ASE Master Tech OnlyPrevious experience as an automotive technician Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Deadline and detail-oriented Organized, clean, and professional. Customer-focused attitude Must have own tools and a valid driver's license.
