Join us in making a difference!Job DescriptionPay Range: $14.25-$15.10 / hourResponsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospects, guests, and little ChuzersProject a positive, friendly, and caring attitude while interacting with children and their familiesEngage with children consistently through activities while prioritizing safety in the Kids Club and administering first aid to children as neededComplete daily cleaning tasks to the Chuze standardMaintain knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership tours and pricing, point-of-sale transactions, and answering phonesAssist in all aspects of Kids Club operations, including child sign-ups, checking children in and out, answering phones, running and reviewing reporting, and addressing guardian concernsCreate detailed incident reports for little Chuzers as neededPerks & Benefits:401kFree CPR, First Aid, and AED TrainingFree food handler training and certification (for locations with smoothie bar only)Free Chuze Fitness MembershipDiscounts on retail and smoothie purchases and through vendor partnersTraining and growth opportunities*Additional perks and benefits available for full-time employeesQualifications:Required18+ years of age1+ years of Childcare experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phoneExcellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedbackStrong attention to detail and multitasking skillsPhysical requirements:Able to read, write, and speak clearly in EnglishTouring the club: walking and climbing stairsBending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement Standing for long periods Repetitive phone workTyping and computer operationsAbility to lift at least 50lbsPreferredHigh school graduate or GED Customer Service experienceBilingual in SpanishAdditional Information:Chuze Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
