Packaging Tech Packaging Technician Location: Albion, NE We're looking for a reliable Packaging Technician to support production and inventory operations at a manufacturing facility in Albion. This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Build and package hardware boxes and building components Fabricate trim pieces and cable bracing to required specs Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming materials Operate a forklift when needed (inside and outside) Process inbound and outbound shipments Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Assist other departments as needed to support production What We're Looking For 6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred Basic computer skills and attention to detail Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that values safety, accuracy, and quality.
