Please come join our team!The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by generating leads, developing customer relationships, and closing sales. Key duties include conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations, creating customized sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying informed on market trends and competitor activity, and consistently achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential.Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for travel within sales territory) Proven experience in outside sales or field sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Legally authorized to work in the United States Essential Functions: Generate new sales leads and develop relationships with potential and existing customers within the assigned sales territory. Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with customers to promote company products and services. Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals tailored to customer needs to close deals and encourage repeat business. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize sales revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM and reporting tools. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop sales strategies and support marketing campaigns. Continuously research market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. Attend industry events, training sessions, and sales meetings to stay informed about product knowledge and industry developments. Support other duties as assigned to ensure smooth parts department operations including reassignment to other roles or tasks as needed.
