Location: Boston, New York City, San Francisco, Atlanta Reports to: Senior Director, Media & Entertainment Marketing Responsibilities Develop and implement customized social strategies across platforms (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) to enhance signups and upgrades; establish and refine campaign measurement frameworks guided by data insights. Oversee a rapid-content workflow, managing the editorial calendar, daily posts, and transforming key events into scalable short-form content. Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to maintain high-quality creative direction. Lead comprehensive creator, influencer, and user-generated content initiatives, including audience targeting, brief creation, compliance, onboarding, payments, and performance analysis. Directly manage external creative partners and contractors, ensuring production quality, budget compliance, and timeline management. Work across teams (Brand, Product, Community, Strategy, Education, Demand Generation, and Paid Media) to align strategies, content, messaging, timing, and KPIs for optimal results. Stay informed about the AI creative tool market and creator workflows to shape content strategies, recruitment, and performance metrics. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated leadership in social media, with a history of effectively driving measurable signups, trials, or upgrades. Experience in managing fast-paced content operations and producing scalable short-form video content. Proven expertise in creator and influencer management, including brief creation, compliance, and effective asset delivery. Experience managing creative agencies and production teams within tight deadlines and budget constraints. Strong understanding of AI and SaaS marketing, with a background in product-focused environments. Excellent analytical skills, proficient in platform and web analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize conversion metrics. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years in social, content, creator, or product marketing with measurable business impact. A portfolio showcasing remarkable social media work across multiple platforms, including compelling copy examples. Hands-on experience in short-form video production and a willingness to travel for events and productions. Experience managing influencer and creator programs, ensuring compliance with licensing and FTC regulations. Track record of successful collaboration within cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, combined with strong project management skills. Adept at thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while implementing scalable processes that maintain quality. Salary Transparency The salary for this position is part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package, with a starting base salary range between $112,600 and $182,160 for U.S.-based roles. Offers will be based on the candidate's experience and location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
