Location: Boston, New York City, San Francisco, Atlanta Reports to: Senior Director, Media & Entertainment Marketing Responsibilities Craft and execute tailored social strategies across platforms (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) to boost signups and upgrades; establish and optimize campaign measurement frameworks based on data insights. Oversee a high-velocity content workflow, including managing the editorial calendar, daily publications, and converting key events into scalable short-form assets. Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality creative direction. Lead comprehensive creator, influencer, and UGC programs, encompassing audience targeting, brief creation, compliance, onboarding, payments, and performance analysis. Directly manage external creative partners and contractors, ensuring production quality, budget adherence, and timeline management. Work cross-functionally with teams (Brand, Product, Community, Strategy, Education, Demand Generation, and Paid Media) to align strategies, content, messaging, timing, and KPIs for maximum impact. Maintain extensive knowledge of the AI creative tool market and creator workflows to shape content strategies, recruitment, and performance measurement. Minimum Qualifications Proven leadership in social media, with a track record of successfully driving measurable signups, trials, or upgrades. Experience in managing high-velocity content operations and creating scalable short-form video content. Demonstrated expertise in creator and influencer management, including designing briefs, ensuring compliance, and delivering effective creator assets. History of effectively managing creative agencies and production teams within tight timelines and budgets. Deep understanding of AI and SaaS marketing, with experience in product-focused environments. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in platform and web analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize conversion metrics. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years in social, content, creator, or product marketing with measurable business impact. A portfolio demonstrating exceptional social media work across various platforms, including compelling copy examples. Hands-on experience with short-form video production and willingness to travel for events and productions. Experience managing influencer and creator programs, with compliance to licensing and FTC regulations. Proven success in collaborating within cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong project management capabilities. Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while implementing scalable processes without sacrificing quality. Salary Transparency The salary for this position is part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package, with a starting base salary range between $112,600 and $182,160 for U.S.-based roles. Offers will be based on candidate experience and location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
