Job Overview Join us as a Senior Consultant for Life Insurance Transformation, where you will be instrumental in redefining our life and annuity services through your deep industry knowledge and innovative mindset. Your primary focus will be to integrate AI and agentic AI into our operations, crafting cutting-edge solutions for our valued clients. Moreover, your business development acumen will enhance strategic client relationships and propel our organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive innovation by adapting and refining methods and procedures to effectively solve complex challenges. Align projects with the strategic vision established by senior management. Make informed decisions with the support of senior advisors on more complex matters. Actively engage with supervisory staff, including client and Accenture leadership. Generate pioneering concepts and assist in their transformation into market-ready solutions. Establish and oversee the implementation of procedures for new projects. Lead small teams or projects at client sites or within Accenture. Collaborate with teams to align business objectives with technological capabilities, maximizing value for clients. Take on roles related to product management or serve as a product owner during consulting and technology implementation initiatives. Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of consulting or industry experience with life and annuity carriers, particularly in technology integration and business process design. At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery with a strong background as a product manager or product owner. Proven history of identifying, developing, selling, and leading consulting projects within the insurance sector. Outstanding problem-solving skills for creating effective solutions, especially in claims management. Fundamental understanding of AI and agentic AI and their applications in life and annuities, including automation and predictive analytics. Proven success in designing AI-supported workflows and collaborating with technical teams on compliant and ethically sound solutions. Compensation Information: We offer competitive compensation that varies based on role, skill set, and experience.
