A recent example of the impact you'll have includes taking ownership of our internship programming"”independently identifying and launching specialized training sessions designed to accelerate the professional development of your peers.This position requires 100% on-site attendance in Albany, NY.DutiesDevelop interactive asynchronous training modules using the Articulate 360.Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programsAssist in creating marketing materials for engagement programsAnalyze the effectiveness of engagement initiativesAssist in organizing cross-functional team meetings and eventsProvide administrative assistance to the HR team as neededAdministrative support including data entry, filing, and document managementKnowledge & SkillsThe ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong time management abilities and the capacity to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects effectively. As a flexible team player, you should be willing to ask questions and use critical thinking when problem solving. Additionally, the role requires the utmost discretion and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the Chamber and its employees.Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom virtual meetings is preferred.
