Healthcare Attorney

We are working with an award winning law firm, looking to bring on a Healthcare Attorney to join their growing team. This role can start remote, however, it will require 2x on-site once you are local. They need someone with 2+ years of Healthcare experience.Requirements:2+ years of healthcare experiencePrevious experience with Fraud, Abuse and other regulatory mattersPrior experience with Anti-Kickback statute, EKRA and Stark lawMust have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, plus enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters excelAdmitted to practice in the State of New YorkResponsibilities:1700 billable environmentMeet with clients to review case strategyPrepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and legal research for complex matters in Superior and appellate courtsArgue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courtsTrial preparation includes review and analysis of all factual and legal issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional mattersSelection of witnesses and exhibitsPreparation of written outline for examination of witnessesThe annual salary for this position is between 140k-180k.
