Job Description Are you enthusiastic about teaching and empowering others? Join our innovative team as an Educational Empowerment Facilitator! In this engaging role, you will inspire client project teams and IT staff by delivering captivating educational sessions both in-person and online. We seek candidates with substantial experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly with Millennium development and support. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of intricate training materials in-person and virtually, aiming to motivate and empower client IT project teams. Provide personalized support to client IT staff to ensure they have the guidance necessary to thrive in their roles. Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to address and solve workflow, process, and technical challenges, using knowledge management tools to share successful outcomes. Utilize your expertise in Millennium build and maintenance to effectively tackle client inquiries and scenarios during educational sessions. Assist in updating and maintaining training content based on client feedback, development resources, and industry best practices. Compensation and Benefits Hiring Salary Range: $21.49 to $54.13 per hour; Annual Salary Range: $44,700 to $112,600. Eligibility for bonus and equity options may apply.
