Relationship and Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with Oracle's business leaders to help them understand the financial nuances of their units. Innovation and Technology: Leverage Oracle's top-tier ERP and EPM applications to enhance and streamline financial systems and processes. Responsibilities Manage corporate governance and ensure compliance with Oracle's policies and procedures across all legal entities. Hold fiduciary responsibility and accountability for statutory financial audits in compliance with Local GAAP. Analyze and interpret financial results, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management. Qualifications Education: CPA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of financial analysis, accounting, or controllership experience; experience in a Big 4 or large regional CPA firm is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in US-GAAP, IFRS, ASC606 revenue recognition, financial reporting, local compliance, internal controls, and audits. Experience with Oracle applications and data analytics tools is advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, effective communication across teams, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
