Serve Hot Meals with The Salvation Army

Job Title: Community Hot Meals Server Reports To: Volunteer Coordinator GENERAL PURPOSE To provide oversight of our Community Table program at one of the following community centers: Patterson Park, Summit Lake and/or Kenmore. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Arrive 15 min before the mealtime to set up Serve pre-packaged meals and drinks as individuals come to the center for meals Record brief demographic stats (name/veterans/zip code) Provide friendly service with a smile. LOCATION AND OPERATING HOURS Meals are served at Patterson Park Community Center from 11 AM - 12 PM. Meals are served at Summit Lake and Kenmore Community Centers from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM. If you need a ride from our location at 190 S. Maple St. volunteers may meet the site driver at 10:15 AM to ride to any site. EXPERIENCE No experience necessary Training will be provided by the Volunteer Coordinator
