CoWorx Staffing Services - - Responsibilities: Perform repetitive and routine tasks in the preparation and set-up of metal belts to be welded.; Accurately cut metal strip to the correct belt length.; Set up production belts on appropriate fixtures for perforating and/or resistance tack welding in preparation for welding.; Polish, deburr, and inspect belts for surface imperfections.; Carefully finish welded belts, including flattening, edge sanding, and surface buffing.
