Join the thousands of nurses across the country who have already made the switch to a more modern way to work.Shift:7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: RNs required to titrate drips in ICU, ER, Tele, MedSurg, PICU. Common titratable drips in MedSurg include insulin. ICU, ER, Tele, and PICU must read and interpret tele/monitor. Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly prefer antepartum and mother baby experience for L&D travelers. Special Requests: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Shift & Scheduling: No self-scheduling. Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed. Weekend requirements as needed. Holiday requirements will be filled in if there is a need. No call or standby requirement. Floating Requirements: Float Pool includes ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, NICU at 3 facilities (Boise, Meridian, Nampa). RNs will only float in their specialty, never to a lower acuity. Can also float to any facility to be a 1:1 sitter in any area.
