Requirements: • Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: RNs required to titrate drips in ICU, ER, Tele, MedSurg, PICU. Common titratable drips in MedSurg include insulin. ICU, ER, Tele, and PICU must read and interpret tele/monitor. Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly prefer antepartum and mother baby experience for L&D travelers. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Shift & Scheduling: No self-scheduling. Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed. Weekend requirements as needed. Holiday requirements will be filled in if there is a need. No call or standby requirement. Floating Requirements: Float Pool includes ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, NICU at 3 facilities (Boise, Meridian, Nampa). RNs will only float in their specialty, never to a lower acuity. Can also float to any facility to be a 1:1 sitter in any area.
