Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience providing therapy in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care settings preferred.Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 8-12 residents per day and meet a 90% productivity requirement.Willingness to provide both SNF skilled services and Part B outpatient-style therapy for residents.Dress code: navy blue scrubs required.New graduates considered if eager to learn and preferably completed SNF experience during Level II Fieldwork (preferred).
