Job Description:MMR is seeking Logistics Coordinator candidates to coordinate material deliveries, laydown areas, access routes, warehouse inventory, kitting activities, storage conditions and field readiness to support efficient material handling and minimize site congestion. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:Coordinate deliveries, laydown, and storage areas with vendors and ClientManage site access and delivery schedulingDeploy warehouse personnel to track inventory and staging plansSupport prefabrication and just-in-time delivery strategiesMinimize congestion and material handling risksInterface with field teams for material readinessDeploy warehouse personnel to kit out installation work package bill of materialCoordinate with Quality department for initial inspection of material to projectRequired Skills and Qualifications:Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervisionAbility to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneouslyAbility to demonstrate flexibility and creativityWorking knowledge of MS Office softwareStrong organizational and interpersonal skills are requiredAble to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadlineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as neededRegular and reliable attendance at workMMR Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("MMR") is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected class.
