Job Title: Civil Engineer SME L4 -4690Job Location: Kirtland AFB, NM, 87117Job SummaryGalapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the level four Civil Engineer position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.The ideal candidate will show technical ability and a wealth of experience in designing and constructing large-scale industrial facilities, overseeing every phase from site selection and preparation to construction, operations, and maintenance. Collaborating closely with the government Program Manager, as well as the Chief and Lead Engineer, this individual will play a pivotal role in the technical advancement, design, procurement, and establishment of a ground-based sensing capability. Serving as the primary liaison between the government program team and the contractor, this role assumes leadership in Civil Engineering, spearheading the planning, design, construction, operations, and maintenance of a specialized facility. In this role, you will be entrusted with comprehensive oversight of project planning, development, and review of budgets and cost elements.
