Currently hiring for 8-hour or 12-hour shifts: 8-hour shift times: D: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., E: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., N: 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. 12-hour shift times: D/E 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. or E/N 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. The LPN provides quality nursing care to psychiatric and geriatric patients based on standards of nursing practice and care within scope of license. Performs skilled patient centered nursing care to individual and groups of patients with complex mental and physical illnesses under the general supervision of a registered nurse. Provides a variety of patient care such as administering medication and treatments, maintaining patient records, promoting health and wellness education, and communicating for continuity of patient care. Minimum Qualifications * Current Virginia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or license eligible; multi-state compact endorsement accepted. * Experience working as an LPN in a hospital or inpatient setting is required.
