Our employees are united in a shared purpose to pursue the limitless potential of technology and ingenuity for clients across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health e do the work you love in an inclusive, collaborative, and caring community, where you can be empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!You are: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll TesterResponsibilities include:The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Tester will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions for client requirements using Oracle HCM Cloud configurationsThe resource must have hands on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR)Proven experience in development of functional designs against requirementsFacilitation of meetings (and/or workshops) on requirements and designs, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing, business process good practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support Configure HCM tables and business rulesWork closely with cross functional teams i.e., developers, data conversion, training, and change management teamsHere's what you need:More than 3 years of Oracle EBS or Human Capital Management implementation activities at public sector, higher education, or healthcare industry clients strongly desiredExtensive experience developing functional project plans, configuring the applications, documenting the business processes and application configurationExperience writing functional specifications, creating test scripts, executing test scripts, researching and resolving testing issues, documenting user procedures, and preparing for and executing go-live activities for large complex clientsExperience working on customized Oracle, HCM and integrating with OracleFundamental knowledge in set up of Oracle HCM Cloud application securityBonus Points If:Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules i.e. Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Profile Management, Performance, Onboarding, Oracle BI PublisherOracle Cloud Integration, AWS and Microsoft AzureOracle HCM Cloud data conversion (HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders); Fast FormulasExperience with PeopleSoft HR or Oracle EBS HRDoD experienceSecurity ClearanceEligibility Requirements: US Citizenship required#cjpost
