Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Haul Truck Driver for our Waco, TX plant on Day shift. * What you will get: * · Competitive hourly pay * · Paid weekly * · Opportunity for annual performance increases * · 401k program with employer matching * · Room for growth and career advancement * · Health insurance * · Dental & vision Insurance * · Paid life insurance * · Paid short term disability * · Paid vacation and sick time * · 11 paid holidays * · MSHA training provided * What you will do: * · Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition * · The ability to operate one piece of mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.) * · Operate equipment in quarry or production * · Safely operate heavy equipment to transport raw materials or finished product throughout the facility * · Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations. * · Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance * · Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators * · Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned * What you will need: * · Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance * · Positive, Team-based attitude * · The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required. * · The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy) * · High school diploma or GED equivalent * · No experience required, on the job training * Working Conditions and physical environment: While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
