Licensed Practical Nurse * Provides care to residents in a manner that enhances each residents quality of life * Performs delegated independent nursing functions according to each residents plan of care using established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards * Administers prescribed medications and treatments accurately, observing resident response * Collects samples, such as urine, blood, and sputum for residents * Assists in nursing assistants to attend to the individual needs of residents * Monitors, Observes, reports and records physical, mental and psychological changes * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Nursing degree from an accredited college or university * Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse. * Current CPR Certification * New Grad LPN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility We offer meaningful careers for employees who care.
