Essential duties include: * Deliver optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions. * Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care * Completes all documents timely * Provide orientation and in-service to staff/personnel * Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation Qualifications: * Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required * Must have current CPR Certification * Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills Join our Patient Care Team today!
