Job Description:

TRUCK DRIVER - FARM TRANSFER Full-Time Hourly * Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States * Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa. Job Responsibilities * The successful candidate would safely and effectively load/deliver poults from the brooder farms to the grower farms, pull trailers, haul heavy equipment, and assist with regular farm support tasks. * Help crew load birds occasionally (less than 40% of the time) * Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Must possess a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no restrictions & current DOT medical exam certificate * Must be at least 21 years of age. * At least one year of professional driving experience. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * No more than 1 moving violation in last 12 months, or no more than 2 moving violations in last 36 months. * No DWI offenses in last 12 months, or no more than 1 DWI offense in last 36 months * Able to lift up to 50 lbs. * Able to follow bio security guidelines. * Ability to work a varied schedule (to include evenings and weekends) What you will receive: * Competitive pay with pay increases * You will be trained on all equipment and procedures to prepare you for your role * Extraordinary benefit package including health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, pension, stock purchase plan, continuing education and much more.
