Job Description:

Responsibilities To support patient medication needs through inventory and identification of medications at time of admission, receive medication deliveries, support patient refill needs through communication with retail pharmacy. * Inventory and identify patient home medications upon admission * Receive and redirect medication deliveries from retail pharmacy to individual units * Support patients with refill needs * Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests and visitors Qualifications Required Qualifications: * High school diploma * Current Self-Administration of Medication Certification or TMA certification within 30 days of hire * CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in addiction/addiction medicine * Current CMA, CNA or Pharmacy Technician certification * Experience as a CMA or CNA Min USD $19.10/Hr.
