Trainer*Onsite in Oklahoma City, OKAttention trainers! We are looking for experienced trainers to assist with a long term project working in the federal space. The Training Lead serves as the overall facilitator and lead trainer for all location-based classroom training sessions Handles basic logistical support such as documenting attendance and escalating participant issues/concerns.Ultimately the Training Lead is responsible for quality and timely delivery of all training. Receives feedback on training outcomes and performance and adjusts and makes improvements as necessary. Responsible for administration of post-training assessments.Minimum Requirements:• 2+ years of conducting in-person live and/or virtual training experience• High School Diploma• Strong facilitation skills• Self-motivated, self-directed, persistent and detail oriented• Strong organizational skills• Willing to travel up to 100% if requiredPreferred:BA/BS Degree1 year of experience conducting in-person or virtual training on a medical systemPrevious experience training on enterprise software or Oracle programs.Federal HR experience #cjpost
