Start your journey in Human Resources as a Human Resources Generalist at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will be a business partner in helping achieve departmental and Company objectives with regards to staffing, training and compliance. Our Human Resources team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.Are You Looking toBe a project manager for the CNC Apprenticeship program including strategic and talent acquisition activities.Administer wage progression program and assist annual salary planning.Track and report all training initiatives and ensure timely completion in required programs.Are You Ready toLead the recruitment effort for all salaried/non-exempt personnel and intern associates. This includes school outreach, job fairs, social media, etc.Support for payroll, benefits and disability claims, leave management and other HR programs.Assist with filing government reports and logs pertaining to Affirmative Action program.What You'll NeedAssociate degree in Business/Human Resource Management or related field.Minimum of three years experience in the HR field, or similar combination of education and experience.Advanced computer skills (i.e.: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
