Job Description:

Rogers Group is seeking candidates to fill a position as an Off-Road Haul Truck Driver for the Deason Quarry located near Shelbyville, TN. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. * Operate haul trucks to move shot rock the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process. * Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. * Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management. * Effective communication skills applicable to position. * Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency. * Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Wages based on experience. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train. Higher pay for skilled operators of heavy equipment with quarry or mining experience.
