Summary: * Responsible for same day PO receipts into SAP and preparing Coupa purchase orders for delivery to the appropriate location. Primary Responsibilities: * Working with the freight companies to schedule pick-ups of FTL and LTL shipments. * Must maintain a high level of customer service by responding to other departments in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. * Ensures that all racking and equipment are properly maintained and free of damage or any condition that is unsafe for working conditions. * Needs to be flexible on the shift start and end times and that all daily assigned tasks are completed as necessary. * Builds and sustains a culture of safety-first mentality through daily walkthroughs, communicating with the team the expectations and providing ideas to improve safety. Required Skills: * Be efficient with his/her time and proactively helping others. * Must have PC computer skills, with intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office package. * Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills. * Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment. * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision. * Excellent analytical skills, organizational, verbal, written, presentation, customer service, a motivated self-starter, good time management skills, creative problem solving, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management is required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
