Position: Accounting Clerk IIILocation: Fort Cavazos, Texas (Killeen)Job SummaryKaiHonua, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. The candidate will work within a cohesive team. This team supports mission-critical media operations and communications for our government customer that is responsible for providing IT services and support across multiple US Army Commands.Responsibilities (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned and must be able to perform with minimal guidance)Provide assistance to ensure that all required documents are attached to remedy tickets for above baseline acquisition requirementsPrepare and track invoices to organizations requiring above baseline services in support of the Fort Hood NECPrepares and/or compiles information from current and future IT and telecommunications systems helpdesk tickets i.e., Remedy for NEC reimbursable servicesPrepares graphs and charts to analyze trends in above base line requirements and provides estimated cost data to the NEC for use in resource management decisionsConduct research of records, reports, functional statements, operating regulations, directives and other pertinent sources to gather, correlate, and analyze and provide to the Government for acceptance.Have experience with MS OfficeOther duties may be assignedRequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
