Job Summary The Campaign Operations team is searching for an experienced individual with a passion for creating and building email templates to support multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience working across various stakeholders and marketing groups in a highly matrixed organizational structure to deliver effective and reusable email templates. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing email content delivery templates in Adobe Campaign Classic V8. Your primary focus will be to create scalable and reusable email templates, enabling our marketing operations team to make use of the drag and drop feature to build campaign specific deliveries effectively and efficiently. You will manage and lead a team of email template builders who will collaborate closely with marketing, design, product and technical teams to ensure our emails are optimized, personalized, and aligned with Comcast business objectives. You should have proficiency in email marketing tools with a solid understanding of marketing technology industry best practices. Job Description What You'll Do: * Manage and lead a small team of email template builders working in Adobe Campaign V8 and Adobe Journey Optimizer to create highly reusable email templates * Support the Campaign Operations team by designing and building high-quality, scalable email templates in Adobe Campaign V8 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, IT and service teams to gather requirements and translate them in to engaging and reusable email templates * Work with campaign builders in marketing operations to ensure that the templates created can be used in various email campaigns * Ensure emails consistently adhere to all branding guidelines * Conduct thorough testing and develop quality assurance standards of templates across various email clients and devices to ensure compatibility and optimal performance * Maintain and update template documentation, including guidelines and best practices for use by various teams including marketing, marketing operations, and service * Optimize templates for various devices/email clients to ensure a seamless user experience * Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and advancements in email marketing and Adobe Campaign Classic to continuously improve template effectiveness * Serve as a resource and email expert for both the campaign operations and center of excellence (COE) teams * Partner closely with analytics/reporting, testing, and marketing teams to drive performance of all marketing campaigns * Leverage knowledge of segmentation, testing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to improve campaign and email performance * Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. * Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
