SUMMARY To efficiently and effectively meet the mailing and duplicating needs of the campus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by proper personnel. Coordinate hiring/training/scheduling student workers Oversee daily UPS/Fed Ex/USPS operations, delivery of supplies, bulk mailings & student mailroom operation Purchases, receives, stores and inventories supplies for M&D and Central Stores Fulfill and invoice printing, paper and envelope supply requests for campus Provides counter services for customers Inputs and maintains student/faculty/staff information into Pitney Bowes System Occasionally will be requested to work evenings to meet project schedules. REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as member of Business Office reporting directly to the Controller. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with student workers to safely meet the needs of the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be service oriented to favorably respond to the many service requests and people. Experience with Excel spreadsheets, MS Word. Ability to prioritize, completes multiple tasks & possess good interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Needs to know or be able to readily learn the use of printing and mailing room equipment and software. Must be mechanically inclined in using machines and be able to make limited operating adjustments. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school graduate or equivalent required. Associate's degree or equivalent or related work experience and/or training preferred.
