The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be responsible for: Monitoring that Plan of Care is being followed by clinical staff under their supervision; Supervise certified nurse aides or unlicensed assistive personnel Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of assigned unit health care team and services. On-call: Not required. Incentives: $7,500 LPN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time, per diem not eligible).
