Job Description:

Light & Heavy Duty Diesel Truck Technician DESCRIPTION: Gaines and Company is seeking applications from individuals with experience in diagnosing Light & Heavy Duty trucks and machinery in a construction environment. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Gaines and Company's fleet of light duty (Ford Trucks / Chevy Trucks) and heavy duty (Low Boy) trucks. Applicants should have experience conducting regular vehicle inspections, DOT inspections, routine general and A/C maintenance. This is a great growth opportunity for the right candidate who is a skilled trouble-shooter with electrical and mechanical problems, natural attention to detail and familiarity with parts and components of the fleet. Must have a safety attitude with adherence to proper safety requirements and procedures. Heavy construction equipment experience not mandatory but considered a plus. This position is for first or second shift.
