Job Description:

Our Family Practice Great Oaks office is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team. Open to Full time or Part time hours. M-F rotating Saturday. Phlebotomy, EKG, and adult/pediatric vaccine experience preferred! * This position is eligible for up to a $3,000 Recruitment and Retention Bonus!!* Responsibilities: * Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. * Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner. * Maintain timely patient flow. * Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements. * Obtain specimens (i.e., urine,blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider. * Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system. * Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations). * Issue necessary referrals and obtain prior authorizations based on insurance requirements. * Obtain necessary documentation from referring physician according to insurance requirements. * Process patient prescriptions. * Administer and record vaccines. Annual salary range: $21.75 - $31.00 CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
