Our Glenwood location in Arkansas, United States is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Forklift Operator. This job is permanent, full-time. What you gain by working with us: * $2000 Sign On Bonus * Starting base pay $18.00 per hour * Weekly Attendance Bonus $2.00 per hour * Production Bonus potential * Night Shift differential - $1.00 per hour * Opportunity for paid overtime at time and a half rate * Immediately eligible for paid vacation * 12 paid holidays annually * Affordable medical, dental, & vision coverage * 401k w/Company Match up to 4% * 401k Automatic Company Contribution up to 6.5% * Company paid Life Insurance * Company paid Short Term Disability * Company paid Long Term Disability * Employee assistance program for personnel and family members * Support for training and development * Referral bouses - up to $2000 per referral. * Respectful, diverse, and inclusive work environment Your responsibilities: * Safely executing the Forklift activities for lumber manufacturing. * Perform daily inspections of forklift. * Operate lift truck to carry lumber safely from rough dry sheds to tilt hoist infeed. * Must stack packages and sticks properly. * Follow all applicable safety rules. * Work regularly scheduled shifts. * Work scheduled overtime. * Ability to work respectfully with others. Work Environment / PPE / Physical & Mental Demands / Skills: * Ability to climb up into forklift. * Ability to reach with arms and use hands to maneuver gears/material. * Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. * Worker is subject to climb several flights of expanded metal stairs several times per day. * Some work is performed outdoors. Minimum Requirements: * Valid Drivers License. * 1-year forklift experience in a mill manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. * Must be able to work day and/ or night shift hours with O.T. as needed. * Must be willing to work weekends.
