Job Description Position: Personal Care Nurse (1:1) * Location: Wildfire Elementary School 9 months; 6.5 hours/day Grade 26, $26.83/hour Interim Position Start Date: 8/3/2023 * Must have an LPN license This job reports to Elementary School Nurse Essential Functions Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees and community. Observe, record, and report to the school nurse the condition of the student including signs and symptoms, which may be indicative of a change in the patient's condition. Provide for the emotional and physical comfort of the student. Assist in the care of the student in accordance with the student's care plan. Assist as needed with other students in program. Other job-related duties as assigned.
