Types of jobs you could find at Five Below Sales Associate Five Below is looking for people who embrace Five Below values by putting the customer first and making a difference. The sales associate will be responsible for adhering to standard procedures, maintaining their assigned area, delivering customer service through contact with customers, and assisting in merchandising procedures, receiving, and stocking. Sales associates will have to operate a cash register and frequently communicate with customers, either face-to-face or on the phone. Qualifications include the ability to multitask, possessing excellent verbal skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Support Lead The support lead will work under the leadership of the store manager and the customer service manager, and is responsible for all key functions of the store in order to wow the customer through front-end operations. The support lead should be able to multitask, follow direction and show professionalism. They should be goal oriented and want to drive sales in the store. A high school diploma is required and someone with college experience, with a background and history in retail management, is preferred. Keyholder The keyholder reports to the general manager and helps provide quality customer service in order to achieve the store?s sales target. The keyholder is responsible for opening and closing the store, as well as cash handling, assisting in merchandising procedures, delivering exceptional customer service and performing Manager On Duty responsibilities as needed. The keyholder should have a high school degree, and prior supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
