Audrey Golden Associates is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a temp>perm position with our client, a well-established firm in NYC. The successful candidate will be assisting with complex commercial real estate transactions. It’s through this understanding that we form lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships.ResponsibilitiesTitle and survey review; which includes but is not limited to, reviewing and abstracting title documents, covenants, restrictions and easements, leases, etc.Order and review UCC and litigation searches; prepare summary of relevant findings.Assist in preparations for closing and attendance at closings, whether in escrow or in person.Prepares summaries of loan documents and other material documents.Prepare and maintain closing checklists and binders.RequirementsMinimum 5-7 years of big firm commercial real estate finance experience MUST have experience with sophisticated financing such as bridge and mezzanine loansStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPointDetailsLocation: NYCRate: $40-50/hour for contract portion, $90-100K base for perm, commensurate with experienceSchedule: Minimum 40 hours/week with additional hours as needed
