Eatons Power Systems Division iscurrently seeking a Plant Manager to join our team. This position is basedat our Olean, New York facility.This position providesleadership and management for the manufacturing operations, which includesapproximately 100 plant employees. The plant manufactures Arresters andM-Force Load Break Switches. The primary function of this position is tolead the plant, providing strategy and direction to meet and exceed theorganizations short-term and long-term business and financial goals.Develop short and long-termplans in alignment with the strategic plan and annual profit planobjectives to drive superior operational performance and financialresults.Establish objectives and trackkey performance indicators across the organization; ensure continuedimprovement in all balanced scorecard indicators with emphasis on Safety,Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost and Culture.Proactively champion a culturefocused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), driving azero-incident culture. Empower employees and driveaccountability for EHS to all levels in the organization.Create a culture of exceedingcustomer expectations, ensuring that the organization is highly responsiveto customer needs and issues. Work with key stakeholders acrossMarketing, Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure achievement ofend-to-end quality goals.Establish inventory plans byproduct family/site; proactively manage inventory to profit plan, drivingimproved and sustainable processes; execute the Supply Demand Planning(SIOP) process, driving ownership and collaboration across all stakeholdergroups; generate forecasts that meet customer expectations and profit planobjectives.Develop and cultivaterelationships with key suppliers (internal and external) to ensure highquality relationships and products.Drive cost out, meeting orexceeding profit plan targets.Continuously improve operationsthrough alignment with the Eaton Business System with a strong focus ondriving a Continuous Improvement Culture. Support meeting all of thecriteria identified in the Eaton Business System (EBS) including EatonLean System, OpA, MESH, HR-Opr review, PROLaunch and MMA.Build organizational capabilityby providing leadership in recruiting, goal alignment, employeedevelopment, performance management and communication. Ensuremotivation and retention of a high-performance plant leadership team andworkforce.Demonstrate a leadership stylethat perpetuates the Eaton Values and Philosophy and the Eaton Code ofEthics.QualificationsBasicQualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited intuition.Minimum 6 years of experience with progressive levels ofaccountability and responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, OPEXand/or related support functions in a manufacturing environment is required.Minimum 3 years of managing people in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications:Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from an accreditedinstitution is preferred.We make what matters work.
