We are currently seeking an individual with experience working in a Human Resources Department with 3-7 years of experience. Minimal educational requirement is a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. This position has a significant potential for growth. The Human Resources Assistant will assist with job recruiting, interviewing and onboarding. They will report to the Director and help administer health and safety programs, training programs and related documentation. They will help with employee communication. They will help organize activities and programs for our employees. They will help organize our participation in the World is our Classroom program with the Holyoke Schools.
