Job Title: Bicycle Delivery PersonLocation: Jimmy John's GAReports to: Store ManagerJob Summary:The Bicycle Delivery Person is responsible for delivering orders to Jimmy John's customers in a prompt and courteous manner. This position requires a reliable person with good customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of local geography.Duties and Responsibilities:• Deliver Jimmy John's menu items quickly and accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures• Ensure orders are filled accurately, and delivered to the correct address• Be professional and courteous to all customers• Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations• Keep accurate records of customer orders and deliveries• Follow safety guidelines for safe and secure bike transport• Maintain a clean, organized and functional bike• Communicate with store personnel and management in a professional mannerRequirements:• High school diploma/GED or equivalent• Prior experience in a customer service position preferred• Must possess a valid driver's license• Must have a reliable form of transportation (bike)• Must be able to stand, sit, and lift repeatedly and quickly up to 25 pounds• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions• Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to problem solve• Must be available nights and weekendsHow to apply:Click on the link to apply through Zapid Hire.
